Opinion:

The intro music was too loud, and you need to boost the treble on the voice over as you can't hear what she is saying. The audio quality was fine, but if your co-host is on the phone, that's gonna be a deal breaker. Most people will tolerate a guest, but not a co-host. There are so many tools like

www.schoolofpodcasting.com/ringr

https://voipcallrecording.com/ for skype

You are reading, which is fine, but you sounded like you were reading. This needs something as it was starting to bore me. Make it more like you're telling a story to the person on the other side of the table from you. You can get away with reading the news, but listen to a newscast there is certain voice inflection. You were 100% news, and you weren't 100% talking to me across the table. You were in the middle. Also in your table of contents, it sounded like the pop culture topics were buried in the middle. If that it was the show is about put those up front.
