Opinion:

The intro has great audio quality and I love the "and stuff" tagged on at the end letting me know we have serious topics, but we're not going to be bland.

Rhonda does a nice job of dropping a hint that she does an advice column with Dr. Cheri, which helps add validity to her brand without blatantly bragging. Then she gets right to the meat and potatoes.

HOLY COW. What a letter. I am instantly sucked into listening to the rest of this episode. unless you're DEAD this episode pulls at your heartstrings. It delivers a great first impression of professionalism and compassion.

As a show that only listens to the first few minutes of the episode, I will be glad when I'm typing this up so I can go listen to the rest of the episode.
