Indulge your travel curiosities and find ideas for your next vacation. Helpful information for world travelers and those who want to travel. Season 1 explores Scotland through the voice, opinions, and stories of a Scotsman named James. The intro was ok and you did a job of explaining what the show was about, and a good job letting me know your African expert was qualified. You did throw in a fair amount of details that seem to drag the story out and prolong us getting to hearing about all the cool stuff about Africa. Once you got there you asked some good questions (am I going to die in Africa). For a show that was supposed to be through the voices of experts, it seems to take a while to get to the expert. Also when the voice sing "Let's go see the world" that was a bit jarring (through the ears of a musician) and I would fade out the music as you are talking instead of letting it abruptly stop. I'm not much of a traveler (so I'm not your target audience) but I would think there would be more WOW to put up front to get me to by into listening. The intro clip you played seemed to drag on a bit. The audio of the interview sounded exactly like it is, it's recorded someplace not designed to do recordings. It wasn't horrible, but it was boomy, and I was curious as to what was going on behind the scenes (for me, when I'm in that situation I start with "I'm on the floor at _ talking with_ ). So the good news is, it wasn't horrible, but the bad news is I didn't mind hitting stop on the player.

Also, there is no way to subscribe to your podcast on the website that I could find. You have to make it easy to subscribe to your show, and I really had to dig just to find an RSS feed.
