One of the worst ways to start off a podcast is with an apology. Anyone listening months later does not care that you missed an episode. Also, if you're going to drop multiple F-Bombs in the first few minutes of a show listed in the KIDS & FAMILY category, you might consider putting in a disclaimer for those parents who might be listening with their kids.
