The audio quality is good, and you do a good job of introducing the episode. I would add something that maybe we didn't know (most people expect Mexican Drug lords to be violent, have lots of money and drugs). You are OBVIOUSLY reading, but it is somewhat of a new show, but try to add some voice inflection. Listen to Mike Rowe and the Way I heard it Podcast. He is reading, but it still sounds like he's just relaying a story to you. I would purchase a domain name (see www.coolerwebsites.com) and point it at your Messy Bun page so people don't have to remember https://www.messybun.com/show/832 you might be able to find pickthemindshow.com or pickthemind.com etc. You could spend $10ish dollars on a domain and point it at the messy bun page.

For a third episode, it wasn't horrible. Keep recording, keep practicing and you'll get better.
