Opinion:

The opening clip went on quite a while, and while these clips are supposed to pull me in, I had no idea what she was talking about and it somewhat bored me. 

The audio quality was OK, but the introduction again went on for quite a while. Did we really need to hear all of her credentials?

Your first question was to get to know her, but is her childhood story of gymnastics the story that will bring the most value to your listeners?

This podcast has potential, and it is only their tenth episode. They are obviously putting some time and thought into it.
