Opinion

The audio quality is pretty bad LOTS of hiss, and very boomy. You did a nice tease and explained what was coming up, but then went into at least (four) minutes of commercials. Granted these were host read, but I couldn't take it. I wanted to hear about nutrition. Mix these in during your content.
